Fat Chad's

As a culinary consultant, I am continually inspired by the cultural influence and importance of food. This passion led me to join forces with my colleagues in the industry to establish Fat Chad’s, a sandwich bodega that brought the taste and atmosphere of New York to Sai Ying Pun.

 

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we remained committed to sharing our culinary passion with the people of Hong Kong. We worked together to design a menu that showcased a range of sandwiches, each reflecting the diverse and delicious bodega cuisine. We ensured that everything we served was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and stayed true to the original flavors. Our sandwiches were hearty, flavorful and striking. Options ranged from classics like the B.E.C, Chopped Cheese, Reuben, and Cubano, to innovative creations like the health-conscious Mean Green Wrap or the indulgent Double Stack Lamb Burger.

 

In addition to our sandwiches, we offered delectable homemade soft serve ice cream, a variety of natural wines, unique craft beers, groceries, homemade sauces, and more. Fat Chad’s was not just a sandwich shop; it was a friendly space where customers could relax and enjoy great food and drinks. It was a bite of New York in Hong Kong
